Given by: the seven holy ones who returned Enoch from his visions and placed him before the door of his house for his final year on earth. Given to: Enoch, for his son Methuselah and all his children.

In the ancient household the father was the primary transmitter of faith and law (Deuteronomy 6:7); a patriarch's final year of teaching was his true estate, worth more than his goods — Enoch's bequest is everything he had seen of God.

And those seven holy ones brought me and placed me on the earth before the door of my house, and said to me: ‘Declare everything to thy son Methuselah, and show to all thy children that no flesh is righteous in the sight of the Lord, for He is their Creator.

Returned to the door of his own house, Enoch receives his final commission: declare everything to Methuselah, and show all your children that no flesh is righteous before the Lord their Creator. Revelation's first destination is the family.
