In exile, where Temple sacrifice was impossible, the 'sacrifice of praise' from the lips became a central offering; Raguel's prayer shows how the diaspora returned thanks to God where altars could not be reached.

And thou hast taken pity upon two only children. Make them, O Lord, bless thee more fully: and to offer up to thee a sacrifice of thy praise, and of their health, that all nations may know, that thou alone art God in all the earth.

Bless God for His mercies and offer Him a sacrifice of praise, that all may know He alone is God.
